My husband originally purchased my engagement ring from another jeweler. However, one day the diamond and prong setting completely broke off at random and was lost. We were in need of a loose diamond to fix my defected ring. We decided to go to Wixon Jewelers to see what they could do for us. Wow, am I glad that we did! First off - the owner, Dan is an incredible guy to work with; he truly cares for his customers! We are so grateful and thankful for what he and his team did for us! Shawn was also very pleasant to work with! He was very knowledgeable and genuine when assisting us in finding the right diamond! Secondly - what a BEAUTIFUL diamond! And what an incredible job they did putting it on my band! We are absolutely blown away by how beautiful my ring is with this GORGEOUS diamond! It is flawless and leaves me speechless. My ring sparkles like it never has before! We are overly satisfied with our experience and product from Wixon Jewelers. Wixon is always willing to provide exceptional customer experiences! I purchased a watch from a dealer in Atlanta and needed a link taken out. The staff at Wixon happily assisted me, despite the fact that I did not purchase it from them, at no charge. They’ve also replaced batteries on other watches. Every time I visit them they are friendly and helpful. Will and the entire staff really understand the importance of building relationships. Thank you!

I don’t often write customer reviews, but I must give credit where it’s due and say how fantastic our experience at Wixon was! Anne was phenomenal from beginning to end in helping me and my fiancé customize my engagement ring using my mother’s diamonds. She and her team worked diligently to accommodate what I wanted while maintaining the integrity of creating the best possible product, providing me with detailed explanations and examples (and not just telling me what I wanted to hear or try to sell me on anything). We really appreciate the genuine consideration, thoroughness, and personability during the entire process. Highly recommend for sure!

Dustin was fantastic! He helped me find a beautiful watch for my mother just in time for the holidays. He was extremely flexible to work with and was able to accommodate us every step of the way. His subtle attention to detail on what we are looking for is the most memorable experience for us. Very professional and comfortable to work with. Will definitely be back for other milestones!

Wow! What an incredible experience here at Wixon Jewelers. Troy greeted my wife and I and made us feel welcome as we shopped for my new watch. He was so knowledgeable in each of the pieces that I had tried on; and answered all of my questions superbly.
